China Book Car only reserves the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies.
Cancellations are only accepted by either email(eBooking@Chinabookcar.com) or phone(+86 21 5696 6248).
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not incur any charge. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged 100% of the reservation amount. Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged 50% of the reservation amount.
All changes are required to be received by email(eBooking@Chinabookcar.com) or phone(+86 21 5696 6248) at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, you will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy terms.
China Book Car provides a special free wait time to facilitate you on Customs Clearance and Luggage Pick-up upon International Arrivals. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within the free wait time, you will be considered a “No-Show” and charged in full amount of the reservation.

Airport/Cruise Terminal Pick-up
Domestic Flight/Cruise Terminal: 45 Minutes upon Landing
International Flight/Cruise Terminal: 60 Minutes upon Landing
Other Location Pick-up: 15 Minutes from the Scheduled Service Time
All Rates are subject to audit after order completion, include actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops & time allotted, etc. Extra hours are billed for the number of hours above that you ordered the vehicle in 0.5 hour increments beyond minimum service hours. At the end of each day or service our driver will have you verify the invoice include all the fees above. We will charge your credit card according to the invoice and email you a receipt.
The rates are inclusive of taxes but not any gratuity. If you feel would like to provide a gratuity it is at your own decision.
China Book Car accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All charges are billed to your credit card account. Payment via Paypal, Cash or wire transfer is by prior notice and arrangement. Change will be given in local currency only.
China Book Car reserves the rights to utilize Affiliates, as its own discretion, to provide high quality services as requested by our clients.
China Book Car and its affiliates are not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control; including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays etc.
